浓缩机是一种用于悬浮液固液有效分离的机械设备主要用于金属、煤炭等非金属洗选厂的精矿浓缩及尾矿脱水,也可用于化工、环保等部门中一切含固料浆的浓缩和净化。但因其机械结构简单,国内对其控制系统的改进和优化几乎处于停滞状态。目前大部分的浓缩机的控制系统还停留在传统的继电器控制方式,操作系统只有起动、停止、系统运行及故障等简单信号,显示通过指示灯、数码管来实现。这不仅占用大量空间,其控制精度也受元器件制约。特别是故障显示只能以代码形式表示,不直观且工作人员操作也不方便。
