拉曼光谱因其样品无需特殊前处理,灵敏度较高,操作简单等优点被广泛应用于材料科学、生物医药、环境监测等领域。该技术具有不受水的干扰、可进行活体检测的优势,在药物研究中蕴育着广阔的应用前景。本文概述了拉曼光谱的主要技术原理;探讨了拉曼光谱技术在药物制剂、药物分析、中药鉴定、中药活性成分分析等药物研究领域中的应用。
Raman spectroscopy is widely used in materials science, biomedicine, environmental monitoring and other fields due to its advantages of no special pre-treatment, high sensitivity and simple operation. The technology has the advantages of being free from the interference of water and capable of being tested in vivo, and has broad application prospects in drug research. In this paper, the main technical principles of Raman spectroscopy are summarized. The application of Raman spectroscopy in the field of drug research, such as pharmaceutical preparations, drug analysis, identification of traditional Chinese medicines and active ingredients analysis of traditional Chinese medicines is discussed.
