赤水河是贵州省北部地区和四川省南部地区重要的水运通道,通过“十五”期的航运工程建设,航道通过能力大为提高。依托科研院所的优化方案实施和工程建设的关键技术的研究,工程效益凸显。
Chishui River is an important waterway in the northern part of Guizhou Province and southern part of Sichuan Province. Through the construction of shipping projects during the “Tenth Five-Year Plan” period, the capacity of waterway passing has been greatly improved. Relying on research institutes to optimize the implementation of the program and engineering construction of key technologies, engineering benefits highlighted.
