葛洲坝集团的前身是上世纪70年代初毛泽东、周恩来同志亲自领导创立的企业,目前葛洲坝集团公司是首批实行国家计划单列的56家大型试点企业集团之一,享有省级对外工程承包权和进出口贸易权,拥有国家特批的企业财务公司,是国家创新型试点企业。国务院国资委核定葛洲坝集团公司的三大主业是:建筑工程及相关工程技术研究勘察设计及服务、水电投资建设与经营、房地产开发经营。围绕三大主业,葛洲坝集团形成八大板块紧密相连、协调发展的产业链。
