参照人本管理理论和建构主义理论,探索以“学生为本”的小学数学课堂设计,具体表现在以学论教、以学论学两个方面。简单说就是要以学生课上的表现和学习兴趣来制订教学计划。同时,要关注学生道德情感的养成,关注每一个学生。从“以学生为本”出发对小学数学课堂设计做出研究。
With reference to the theories of human-based management and constructivism, this paper explores the design of primary school mathematics classroom based on “student-oriented ”, which is manifested in two aspects: learning from theory and learning from theory. Simply put, it is necessary to formulate teaching plans based on the performance and interest of students. At the same time, we should pay attention to the development of students’ moral emotion and focus on each student. Starting from “student-oriented” to make a study of primary school mathematics classroom design.
