小型圆盘剪板机是采用手工剪裁的原理制造的一种剪裁设备。它不同于手工剪板机的是采用两圆盘刀对滚剪裁。动力仅传至上圆盘刀,下圆盘刀凭借剪切时摩擦力的作用同时转动。结构如图1所示,左右工作台2、8由托板9联成一体,下刀3空套在下刀轴上(滑配合),装置于左工作台的下面;上刀4固定在蜗轮箱5的蜗轮轴上。上、下刀用45号或60号优质碳素结构钢淬火制造(合金钢更好)。蜗轮减速箱、电机及皮带轮减速装置等均固定在左右工作台的上面。这样,左工作台上面
