防守对手是个人防守技术,也是集体防守基础。因此教学与训练中应重视提高个人技术、促进集体防守战术与进攻技、战术的全面发展与提高。防守对手有两种:防守无球队员和防守有球队员。
Defensive opponents are personal defensive techniques, but also a collective defensive foundation. Therefore, teaching and training should pay attention to improving individual technology, and promote collective defense tactics and offensive skills and tactics of the all-round development and improvement. There are two defensive opponents: defensive players and defensive players.
