目的匹多莫德分散片、乌灵胶囊及苄星青霉素针联合治疗梅毒产妇血清固定者,观察并比较患者,甲苯胺红不加热血清试验(TRUST)转阴和滴度下降的情况。方法选取60例进行了梅毒血清固定健康教育和90项症状清单(Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90)评估的女性梅毒血清固定者,并采用流式细胞仪检测外周血T淋巴细胞(CD3/CD4/CD8),将患者按照随机原则分为观察组和对照组,每组均为30名,观察组给予匹多莫德分散片、乌灵胶囊及苄星青霉素针联合治疗;对照组只给予苄星青霉素针治疗。观察并比较2组的TRUST转阴和滴度下降的情况。结果观察组的TRUST转阴率、滴度降低率均高于对照组(P<0.05),2组的TRUST滴度降低幅度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论匹多莫德分散片、乌灵胶囊及苄星青霉素针联合治疗梅毒血清固定者有较好的疗效。
Objective Pidotimod dispersible tablets, Wuling capsules and benzathine penicillin needle treatment of syphilis maternal serum fixer were observed and compared patients, toluidine red unheated serum test (TRUST) overcast and titer decreased.
