基础教育一向被称为教育的奠基工程,长期以来,我国的基础教育取得了长足发展,但仍相对比较薄弱。在基础教育中,受片面追求升学率的束缚和应试教育的影响,一些学校单纯强调不完全的智育,忽视学生全面发展的教育,尤其是忽略学生的心理素质教育,严重影响了学生身心的健康发展。为此,变革基础教育,由应试教育向反映基础教育本质要求的素质教育转变,是学生自身素质发展的要求,也是社会和经济发展的要求。
Basic education has always been called the foundation work of education. For a long time, basic education in our country has made great strides, but it is still relatively weak. In elementary education, one-sidedly pursuing the influence of entrance rate and the impact of exam-oriented education, some schools simply emphasize incomplete intellectual education, neglect the education of all-round development of students, especially neglect the students’ psychological quality education, seriously affecting their physical and mental health development of. Therefore, the transformation of basic education from exam-oriented education to quality education that reflects the essential requirements of basic education is a requirement of students’ own quality development as well as a requirement of social and economic development.
