目的明确实验用淡色库蚊、白纹伊蚊不同性别羽化时间段,确定实验用虫最佳取蚊时间,以提高工作效率,保证药效实验的快速顺利完成。方法对2种试虫进行标准化饲养,研究不同羽化时间段雌雄蚊的数量及比例。结果淡色库蚊和白纹伊蚊蛹开始羽化后,均在第2、3天达到高峰,且羽化成蚊主要在前4天内完成;在整个羽化过程中,前2天羽化成蚊以雄蚊占绝大多数,之后雌蚊比例逐渐增加;羽化结束,雌雄性比接近1:1。结论在驱、灭蚊制剂药效登记实验中,取第3~4天羽化的蚊虫作为实验用蚊备选群体,雌虫比例高,可方便、快捷地满足实验需求。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the optimum time for mosquito breeding in Culex pipiens pallens and Aedes albopictus in order to improve the working efficiency and ensure the rapid and successful completion of the efficacy experiment. Methods Two kinds of test insects were reared in a standardized manner, and the numbers and proportions of male and female mosquitoes in different emergence periods were studied. Results After eclosion of Culex pipiens pallens and Aedes albopictus began to emerge, they both reached the peak on the 2nd and 3rd days, and the emergence of adult mosquitoes was mainly completed within the first 4 days. During the entire feathering process, The vast majority, after which the proportion of female mosquitoes gradually increased; eclosion ended, the ratio of male to female close to 1: 1. Conclusion In mosquito repellent and drug registration experiments, the mosquitoes emerging from day 3 to day 4 were used as experimental mosquito candidate population with high proportion of females, which could meet the experimental requirements conveniently and quickly.
