通过对院校考评成绩情况的分析，认为对成绩既要看到考评科目的综合性，又要看到考评成绩的局限性；既要看到考评成绩的基础性，又要看到考评成绩的突击性；既要看到考评成绩的真实性，又要看到考评成绩的“应试”性。必须用科学的头脑去看待和分析存在问题的原因，有针对性地制定出“固强补弱”的有效措施。
