对温挤压自动供料机械手的整体结构、工作流程、气动系统和PLC控制系统进行了具体的研究与分析,并着重介绍了机械手的控制系统设计。根据温挤压生产需求制定了机械手的工作流程,采用三菱FX2N-48M型PLC控制,编写了相应的控制程序,最终制定了温挤压自动供料机械手的设计方案。实践证明,该方案可实现温挤压自动供料、降低劳动强度、提高生产效率及安全性,其控制系统具有很强的灵活性,可按照不同的工艺需求改动。
The whole structure, work flow, pneumatic system and PLC control system of automatic extrusion robot are researched and analyzed specifically, and the control system design of manipulator is emphatically introduced. According to the production requirements of warm extrusion, the work flow of manipulator was established. The control program was programmed by Mitsubishi FX2N-48M PLC, and finally the design scheme of warm extrusion automatic feed manipulator was developed. Practice has proved that the program can achieve automatic temperature extrusion feed, reduce labor intensity and improve production efficiency and safety, the control system has a strong flexibility, according to different process requirements change.
