当前我国正面临经济增加方式转变和产业结构调整的历史进程,职业技术学校作为高素质技能人才的培养基地和重要来源,应责无旁贷地承担起这一历史重任。积极转变教育理念,坚持走“市场化”的道路;坚持以人为本,切实提高学生素质;积极采取各种措施,扩大学生的就业渠道;拓展思路,不断深化职业技术院校和企业的交流与合作,真正做到职业技术院校和企业的“无缝对接”。为国家输送合格的高素质技能人才,构建我国的职业人才资源储备力量,为我国全面协调可持续发展奠定人才基础。
At present, our country is facing the historic process of the transformation of the mode of economic growth and the readjustment of the industrial structure. As a training base and an important source of high-quality skilled personnel, vocational and technical schools are duty-bound to shoulder this historic task.
