本文介绍了电化学疗法的原理和天津理工大学自行研制的基因脉冲导入仪LN-301的系统组成。在此基础上,利用基因脉冲导入仪LN-301及配套的针电极在小鼠身上进行了电化学疗法实验。通过电化学疗法对接种有S180的小鼠进行对比实验。实验结果表明:应用抗癌药物环磷酰胺(CTX)和博莱霉素(BLM)的ECT组的抑瘤率分别为60.9%和70.4%,与传统的治疗方法相比抑瘤率显著提高。
This paper introduces the principle of electrochemical therapy and the system composition of gene pulse introduction instrument LN-301 developed by Tianjin University of Technology. On this basis, electrochemotherapy experiments were carried out in mice using Gene Pulser Injector LN-301 and its associated needle electrodes. Comparative experiments were performed on mice inoculated with S180 by electrochemotherapy. The results showed that the antitumor rates of ECT group treated with anticancer drugs CTX and BLM were 60.9% and 70.4%, respectively. Compared with the traditional treatment methods, the tumor inhibition rate was significantly increased.
