在建筑工程项目中,工程造价的全过程审计是指对工程项目的前期、建设期以及竣工阶段进行全方位的审计,从而对工程的造价进行全面的控制与监督,保证工程项目能够顺利竣工。当前,在工程项目管理的各个部门当中,工程造价的审计部门应当参与到项目的各个阶段当中,及时发现问题并进行纠正,从而保证工程项目的管理水平。基于此,文章就工程造价全过程审计中存在的问题及对策进行分析。
In the construction project, the whole process of project cost audit refers to the project of the pre-construction, as well as the completion phase of a full range of audit, thus the project cost control and supervision to ensure the smooth completion of the project. At present, among the various departments of project management, the audit department of project cost should participate in all stages of the project, find out the problems and correct them in time, so as to ensure the management level of the project. Based on this, the article analyzes the problems and countermeasures in the entire process of project cost audit.
