按一般规律,国债利率高于银行同期存款利率,企业债券利率则较国债利率再略高些。以目前发行的三年期企业债券最高年利率3.78％计算,较同期银行存款利率高出1.08个百分点,比征收利息税后同期储蓄实际所得多75％。但9月初以来一些证券营业部的企业债券发行异常冷清,前几年那种上柜首日就抢购一空的景象已不复存在。
As a general rule, the interest rate of treasury bonds is higher than the interest rate of bank deposits over the same period, while the interest rate of corporate bonds is slightly higher than that of treasury bills. Taking the maximum annual interest rate of 3-year corporate bonds currently issued at 3.78%, it is 1.08 percentage points higher than the interest rate of bank deposits over the same period, which is 75% more than the actual interest income of the same period after the interest tax was collected. However, the issuance of corporate bonds by some securities sales departments has been unusually deserted since the beginning of September, and the sight of the first day of purchase of the overcrowded market a few years ago ceased to exist.
