一.宗旨:为了弘扬祖国传统书画艺术,加强素质教育,增进全国青少年艺术交流,挖掘与奖掖新世纪书画艺术人才。二.征稿对象:几年龄在45周岁以下的青少年均可投稿。欢迎各级院校、艺术培训班(中心)集体参赛。三.征稿范围: 1.美术类:国画、油画、水粉画、水彩画、儿童画、彩笔画、版画、速写、素描、剪纸等; 2.书法类:毛笔书法,硬笔书法,篆刻作品等。
I. Objectives: In order to carry forward the traditional art of calligraphy and painting in the motherland, enhance quality education, enhance exchanges among young people in the country, and excavate and reward talented calligraphers of painting and calligraphy in the new century. Submission of objects: a few young people under 45 years of age can contribute. Welcome all levels of institutions, art training courses (center) collective entry. Calligraphy scope: 1. Art categories: Chinese painting, oil painting, gouache, watercolors, children's drawings, color strokes, prints, sketches, sketches, paper-cuts; 2.
