施工索赔系指履行工程合同过程中,工程承包商对由于业主方面或其它方面原因增加施工费用或蒙受损失的索赔行为。索赔意向的提出是工程索赔的开始,是承包商索赔意识的体现。索赔依据的收集、整理是工程索赔成功的基础和保障。索赔报告的编制要得当有说服力。
Construction claim refers to the claim of construction contractor for increasing construction cost or losses due to the owner or other reasons in the performance of the construction contract. The intention of the claim is the beginning of the engineering claim, which is the embodiment of the contractor’s sense of claim. The basis for collecting and arranging the claims is the basis and guarantee for the success of the project claims. The preparation of the claims report should be convincing.
