在舞蹈训练中,膝关节关系到整个下肢协调和力量的爆发,同时膝关节也是腿部弯曲和屈伸最为重要的关节,因此膝关节的屈伸柔韧性训练显得格外重要。民族民间舞蹈中,常常会有跳跃或则翻腾等动作,对于膝关节屈伸柔韧性的要求较高,本文以藏族舞蹈为例,在藏族舞蹈中,膝关节的屈伸始终贯穿于不同的舞蹈中,膝关节的屈伸的变化结合音乐旋律,给予了藏族舞蹈无限魅力,本文针对膝关节屈伸柔韧训练的作用和意义在民族舞蹈中运用进行了综述。
In the dance training, the knee is related to the coordination of the lower extremities and the outburst of strength. At the same time, the knee joint is also the most important joint for the bending and flexing of the legs. Therefore, flexion and extension flexibility training of the knee joint is of special importance. In ethnic folk dances, there are often jumping or tumbling movements and so on, which have high demands on knee flexion and extension flexibility. Taking Tibetan dance as an example, in the Tibetan dance, flexion and extension of the knee joint runs through different dances. Changes in knee flexion and extension combined with the melody of music gives the Tibetan dance an infinite charm. In this paper, the role and significance of flexible training in knee flexion and extension are reviewed in the national dance.
