针对小发路煤矿5103工作面运输巷高地压软厚泥岩的地质环境,结合其变形特点,提出高预应力、大延伸率锚杆支护对策。通过数值模拟,对不同的锚杆长度、直径和支护密度进行对比分析,最终确定支护方案。通过现场工业性试验,取得显著的效果。
Aiming at the geologic environment of high pressure soft thick mudstone in the transport lane of 5103 workface in Xiaotu Road Coal Mine, combined with its deformation characteristics, the countermeasures of bolt support with high prestress and large elongation are put forward. By numerical simulation, different lengths, diameters and supporting densities are compared and analyzed, and finally the supporting scheme is determined. Through the field of industrial tests, achieved remarkable results.
