[目的]探讨结直肠癌小鼠模型Apc Min/+贫血的类型及病因。[方法]对33只Apc Min/+小鼠和23只同窝对照Apc+/+小鼠进行外周血血细胞计数,比较两组之间红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白含量(HGB)、红细胞压积(HCT)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白量(MCH)和平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)间的差异,以及ApcMin/+小鼠上述各项参数与健康小鼠正常值之间的差异。同时,制备外周血血涂片,观察ApcMin/+小鼠红细胞形态的变化。[结果]ApcMin/+小鼠与对照组Apc+/+小鼠的红细胞参数RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH和MCHC之间均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。其中,ApcMin/+小鼠的RBC、HGB、HCT、MCH和MCHC各项均值都显著低于对照组,而其MCV的均值显著高于对照组。与之相似,ApcMin/+小鼠的RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH和MCHC与健康小鼠相比也存在显著性差异(P均<0.05)。Apc Min/+小鼠的血涂片显示易出现大红细胞、嗜多色红细胞、嗜碱性点彩红细胞及网织红细胞。[结论]与对照组Apc+/+小鼠相比,ApcMin/+小鼠的RBC、HGB、HCT、MCH和MCHC的均值降低,而MCV的均值升高,同时红细胞数目减少,提示其为大细胞低色素性贫血。
[Objective] To investigate the type and etiology of Apc Min / + anemia in mouse model of colorectal cancer. [Methods] Peripheral blood count was counted in 33 Apc Min / + mice and 23 littermate control Apc + / + mice. The levels of RBC, HGB and hematocrit HCT, MCV, MCH and MCHC, and the difference between the above parameters of ApcMin / + mice and healthy mice. At the same time, peripheral blood smear was prepared to observe the changes of erythrocyte morphology in ApcMin / + mice. [Results] There were significant differences in erythrocyte parameters RBC, HGB, HCT, MCV, MCH and MCHC between ApcMin / + and Apc + / + mice (all P <0.05). Among them, the average values of RBC, HGB, HCT, MCH and MCHC in ApcMin / + mice were significantly lower than those in control group, while the mean of MCV in ApcMin / + mice was significantly higher than that in control group. Similarly, RBC, HGB, HCT, MCV, MCH and MCHC in ApcMin / + mice also showed significant differences compared with healthy mice (all P <0.05). Apc Min / + mice showed smear-prone red blood cells, polychromatic erythrocytes, basophilic erythrocytes and reticulocytes. [Conclusion] The mean values of RBC, HGB, HCT, MCH and MCHC in ApcMin / + mice decreased compared with those in control group, while the mean of MCV increased and the number of erythrocytes decreased, suggesting that it was a large cell Hypochromic anemia.
