中国加入世贸组织后 ,拉美地区成为中国开拓国际市场的一个重要方向。中国和拉美是当今世界经济中富有活力的地区 ,其经济的互补性和合作潜力很大。随着中国加入世贸组织 ,中拉经济的互补性和合作潜力必将日益显现出来。目前中拉经贸关系的发展是正常的、顺利的。尽管相互间还存在一些贸易障碍 ,但只要双方都按照世贸组织多边贸易规则行事 ,进一步开放市场 ,这些障碍就会逐步得到克服 ,而中拉经贸关系也必将得到更加迅速的发展
After China joins the WTO, the Latin American region has become an important direction for China to explore the international market. China and Latin America are the dynamic areas in the world economy today. Their economic complementarities and cooperation have great potential. With China’s accession to the WTO, the complementarity and potential for cooperation between China and Latin America will surely become increasingly apparent. At present, the development of China-Latin America economic and trade relations is normal and smooth. Although there are still some obstacles to trade with each other, as long as both sides act in accordance with WTO rules on multilateral trade and further open their markets, these obstacles will be gradually overcome and the economic and trade relations between China and Latin America will surely receive more rapid development
