目的探讨在肝功能检验中溶血标本对检验准确性的作用分析。方法本研究选择我院收治的肝功能检验患者66例,选择时段为2015年3月至2016年3月,采用抽签分组方式将其进行平均分组,其中33例采用溶血标本的患者为实验组,而另33例采用未溶血标本的患者为对照组,对2组患者的检验结果进行比较和分析。结果 2组患者总蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、白蛋白、碱性磷酸酶、总胆红素、直接胆红素及γ-谷氨酰转氨酶水平比较差异均P<0.05,形成了统计学意义。结论在肝功能检测中溶血标本对检验结果影响很大,可对其进行有效避免和控制,将检验准确性提升。
Objective To investigate the effect of hemolysis on the test accuracy in liver function tests. Methods Sixty-six patients with liver function tests admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were randomly selected by lottery grouping method. Among them, 33 patients with hemolysis samples were experimental group, The other 33 cases of patients without hemolysis specimens for the control group, the test results of two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results The levels of total protein, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, albumin, alkaline phosphatase, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin and γ-glutamyl transaminase in the two groups were all significantly lower than P <0.05, significance. Conclusion Hemolytic samples have a great influence on the test results in the liver function test, which can be effectively avoided and controlled, and the accuracy of the test is improved.
