我厂锻造车间蒸汽自由锻锤锤杆断裂、活塞脱落、锤头破裂,是机械科1965年提出的全厂两大设备关键问题之一,也是锻造车间蒸汽自由锻锤的主要问题。为了解决这个问题,我们深入到车间与工人、技术人员、领导干部一起对损坏件进行了多次现场分析研究。通过几年来的现场试验,使锤杆从原来的平均寿命一个月左右,上升到一般寿命三个月以上。铸造锤头从原来的平均寿命三个月左右,上升到现在一年左右。活塞从原来的严重脱落,到目前已倣到了活塞与锤杆的红套连接基本不脱落。从而,大大地减少了机械加工工作量和维修停产时间,保证了锻锤的正常运转。现对以上三个问题,就我们的分析研究与现场试验结果做一总结,对今后蒸汽自由锻锤易损件寿命的进一步提高,提出我们的意见,以供参考。
