冶金部于1990年10月31日至11月3日在济南市召开了地方骨干钢铁企业铁前系统技术进步会议。参加这次会议的有省、区冶金厅(公司)、企业及有关部门等88个单位的领导、专家、炼铁工作者共178名代表。会议期间,冶金部生产领导小组副组长邱宣恺同志作了关于地方骨干钢铁企业现状、存在问题及今后工作的意见的报告;济南钢铁总厂、莱芜钢铁总厂、苏州钢铁厂等介绍了立足本厂、依靠技术进步、发展炼铁生产的经验;与会代表围绕高炉精料、炉料结构、喷煤、富氧、高风温、延长炉龄等问题进行了交流和讨论,并提出了今后发展意见。
The Metallurgical Department held a technical progress meeting of the iron system of the local backbone iron and steel enterprises in Jinan City from October 31 to November 3, 1990. A total of 178 delegates of leaders, experts and iron-smelting workers from 88 units, including Provincial and District Metallurgical Department (offices), enterprises and relevant departments, attended the meeting. During the meeting, Comrade Qiu Xuankai, deputy leader of the Metallurgical Production Leading Group, made a report on the status quo, problems and future work opinions of the local backbone steel enterprises; Jinan Steel Plant, Laiwu Steel Plant, Suzhou Steel Plant, etc. introduced the foothold The factory relied on the progress of technology and developed the experience of ironmaking production. The participants discussed and exchanged opinions on such issues as blast furnace concentrate, charge structure, coal injection, oxygen enrichment, high wind temperature and extended furnace age, and put forth suggestions for future development .
