目的评价采用“S形”切口舌状皮瓣移植修补乳腺癌根治术创面的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析采用“S形”切口舌状皮瓣移植修补乳腺癌改良根治术创面患者80例的切口愈合及局部复发情况。结果皮瓣部分坏死1例,发生率1.25%,经定期换药,切口Ⅱ期愈合。随访2年创面恢复良好,无复发。结论 “S形”切口舌状皮瓣移植修补乳腺癌根治术创面,取皮简单有效,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of “S-shaped” incision tongue flap for repair of radical mastectomy of breast cancer. Methods The incision healing and local recurrence of 80 cases of modified radical mastectomy wounds repaired with “S-shaped” incision tongue flap were retrospectively analyzed. Results 1 case of necrosis of the flap, the incidence of 1.25%, after regular dressing, incision healed. The wounds recovered well after 2 years of follow-up without recurrence. Conclusion “S-shaped” incision flap flap repair breast cancer radical surgery, simple and effective skin, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
