肺癌和肺结核不仅症状很相似,就是 X线表现上也极易混淆,临床上肺癌误诊为肺结核可高达45%,肺结核误诊为肺癌者也不少,特别在老年结核或肺结核出现肺不张时,有时与肺癌不易识别。我院从1959～1982年收治的肺癌肺不张(简称肺癌组)63例,其中误诊为肺绪核者31例,占49.2%,同期住院肺结核肺不张(简称结核组)61例,做一对比分析,以探求二者鉴别。
