当今社会,考量一个政府的行为,不能仅看其廉洁与高效,最终还要看其是否“以人为本”。回首新一届政府执政以来的4年多里,以人民生命财产安全为中心成为执政的最重要目标之一。经统计,4年来仅在国务院常务会议上处理的重特大事故事件就达16起,其中关系民生的有7起,煤气矿难的6起,违规非法建设和占地3起。重新盘点这些事故事件,我们清晰地看到了新一届政府在执政中亲民、爱民、为民的根本立场,体现了“我们党所做的一切事情,都是为了实现好、维护好、发展好最广大人民根本利益”的宗旨,“人民的利益高于一切”。
