2010年,中国经济将进一步好转,预计石油需求增速将会加快,成品油供应能力和产量都会得到较快增长。2010年,世界经济将继续复苏回升,中国经济将进一步好转,但经济恢复仍有很大的不确定性。预计石油表观消费达到4.30亿吨,同比增长5.4%。全年原油生产和加工量将分别达到1.93亿吨和3.96亿吨,分别增长2.0%和5.6%;石油净进口量2.37亿吨,石油对外依存度将达到55%。
In 2010, China’s economy will further improve. It is estimated that the growth rate of oil demand will accelerate and the supply capacity and output of refined oil products will both grow rapidly. In 2010, the world economy will continue to rebound and the Chinese economy will further improve. However, there is still great uncertainty regarding the economic recovery. Apparent oil consumption is expected to reach 430 million tons, an increase of 5.4%. Annual crude oil production and processing volume will reach 193 million tons and 396 million tons, an increase of 2.0% and 5.6% respectively; the net oil imports will reach 237 million tons and the dependence on oil will reach 55%.
