随着信息化、网络化、智能化、大数据时代的到来,人类社会的生产方式、生活方式、工作方式发生了深刻的变革。这种变革对教育领域产生了深刻的影响,孕育了教育教学方式的转变。该文以教育部在全国实施的“全国中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程”为切入点,分析了山西省中小学教师信息技术应用能力的现状,剖析了影响该工程实施的主要原因,提出了做好山西省中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程的初步对策。
With the advent of informationization, networking, intelligence and big data era, profound changes have taken place in the production mode, life style and working mode of human society.
