[目的]为全面掌银川市握西夏区1999~2008年10年来食物中毒的发生规律和流行特点。[方法]对银川市西夏区卫生监督所接到的1999~2008年确认的食物中毒资料进行整理分析。[结果]15起食物中毒事故中,中毒人数313人,死亡1人。集体食堂发生的食物中毒起数和中毒人数均最多。细菌性食物中毒主要集中在第三季度,致病因素以细菌性和有毒动植物性为主。加工不当是引起食物中毒的主要原因。[结论]建立健全食物中毒预防机制,加强对重点单位的监督管理和公共卫生知识的宣传,抓好重点季节、食品的监督管理,最大限度地减少食物中毒的发生。
[Objective] In order to comprehensively grasp the occurrence and epidemic characteristics of food poisoning in Xixia District of Yinchuan in 1999 and 2008, [Method] The data of food poisoning confirmed from 1999 to 2008 received by health supervision in Xixia district of Yinchuan City were analyzed. [Results] Among 15 food poisoning accidents, 313 were poisoned and 1 died. The number of food poisoning and poisoning occurred in collective canteens were the highest. Bacterial food poisoning is mainly concentrated in the third quarter, the main pathogenic factors of bacteria and toxic animals and plants. Improper processing is the main cause of food poisoning. [Conclusion] The establishment of a sound food poisoning prevention mechanism to strengthen the supervision and management of key units and public health knowledge of publicity, do a good job of key seasons, food supervision and management, to minimize the incidence of food poisoning.
