通过正交试验对福林酚比色法测定植物鞣剂的条件进行了优化,结果表明:测定最佳条件为福林酚试剂浓度为1∶1,碳酸钠的质量分数7.5%,50℃下反应30min,经分析,该法的稳定性、重现性好,精密度高。在最佳反应条件下所得数据的线性拟合结果表明,4种植物鞣剂的标准曲线线性关系良好,因此,可以利用福林酚比色法测定植物鞣剂的浓度。
The orthogonal test was carried out to optimize the conditions of plant tanning agent by Fulin phenol colorimetric method. The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows: the concentration of Fulin phenol was 1: 1, the mass fraction of sodium carbonate was 7.5% Reaction 30min, the analysis, the stability of the law, reproducibility, high precision. The linear fit of the data obtained under the best reaction conditions showed a good linearity of the standard curve for the four plant tanning agents and therefore the concentration of plant tanning agent can be determined using the Forintol colorimetric method.
