为了解决我厂设备维修中老大难问题,我们创造了一种万能工作磨头。此磨头结构简单,使用范围广,最适用于设备品种不齐全的工厂和设备维修部门。它用在车床上,能代替导轨磨床及內圆磨床;用在万能磨床上,能代替成型磨床;用在牛头刨床上,能磨削刨床底座滑动平面。现将本磨头介绍如下: 一、结构原理万能工作磨头的结构原理如图所示。支座1上有圆形的T形槽,內装有两个螺钉2,用来连接横支架3。
