本文报导日本血吸虫(大陆株)雌性、雄性以及合抱成虫可溶性抗原制剂,佐以卡介苗免疫小鼠产生的抗血清对机械转变的日本血吸虫童虫的体外杀伤作用。结果3种抗血清对童虫均具有相当的杀伤力。比较抗血清对不同虫龄童虫的敏感性,结果转变后孵育24hr童虫对抗血清的敏感性明显地弱于0hr与3hr童虫,表明虫体体被的发育和完善与抗免疫杀伤功能有关。
In this paper, we report the in vitro cytotoxicity of antisera raised by mice immunized with BCG against mechanically-transformed Schistosoma japonicum Schistosoma japonicum Schistosoma japonicum (female), female and male adult soluble antigen preparations. Results The three kinds of antiserums were quite lethal to the worms. The sensitivity of antisera to different pest instars was compared. The results showed that the sensitivity of antisera to 24-hour incubation was significantly weaker than that of 0hr and 3hr, indicating that development and improvement of pest was related to anti-immune function .
