我省反浪费、反保守的运动正在各个方面蓬勃地开展。广大職工羣众社会主义积极性空前高漲,揭发和批判了許多浪費現象和保守思想,有力地推动了社会主义建設事业的大跃进。从已經揭发出来的材料来看,由于庫存积压物資所造成的浪費是十分惊人的,例如:有些部門的仓庫积压了大批有用的物資,长期閒置不用,而另外一些部門,却要到外地去购买,或者因买不到影响了建設;有些部門的仓庫,因管理不善,使許多有用物資腐烂变貭;有些部門的仓庫,賬目混乱,从未登記清理,甚至发生盜窃事情,主管人員也不知道。这种情况是严重的,必須迅速加以改变。
