党内民主制度化整合,有利于党内民主长期、稳定、健康地发展,有利于党内每一项具体的民主制度真正得以实行,有利于实现国家政治生活中民主的制度化、法律化。党内民主的制度整合,必须从全局和长远加以把握,应着眼于全局,着重于系统建立和建设,落脚于具体的实施运行,侧重于增强制度的权威性。
