目的评价海珠区“健康教育好讲师进校园”活动健康教育讲座主体课程效果,为探索学校健康教育新形式提供参考。方法采用问卷调查的方式,随机抽取海珠区9所学校,评估学生健康教育讲座主体课程前后健康知识知晓率,对健康教育效果进行综合评价。结果开展健康教育主体课程前学生总健康知识知晓率为52.5%,课程后总知晓率为87.5%,总体提高了35.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=501.510,P<0.01)。其中,运动知识、合理膳食知识、视力保健知识、青春期保健知识、急救知识分别从干预前的80.1%,37.6%,71.9%,51.3%,46.3%提高到干预后的92.0%,67.0%,96.4%,93.6%,93.7%,差异均有统计学意义(χ2值分别为17.623,72.810,30.931,383.956,69.925)。结论海珠区“健康教育好讲师进校园”活动效果明显,在一定程度上满足了学校对健康教育课的需求。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the subject course of health education lectures in Haizhu District on “Healthy Lecturer in Health Education” and to provide a reference for exploring new forms of health education in schools. Methods Nine questionnaires were randomly selected from 9 schools in Haizhu District to assess the health awareness of students before and after the health education course, and to evaluate the effect of health education comprehensively. Results The awareness rate of total health knowledge of students before conducting health education was 52.5%. The total awareness after the course was 87.5% and overall increase of 35.0%. The difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 501.510, P <0.01). Among them, exercise knowledge, reasonable dietary knowledge, visual health care knowledge, adolescent health care knowledge and first aid knowledge increased from 80.1%, 37.6%, 71.9%, 51.3% and 46.3% before intervention to 92.0%, 67.0% and 96.4% after intervention respectively %, 93.6% and 93.7%, respectively (all χ2 values were 17.623, 72.810, 30.931, 383.956 and 69.925, respectively). Conclusion Haizhu District “health lecturer into the campus ” effect is obvious, to some extent, to meet the school’s health education class needs.
