萃取富集铅、鎘常用双硫腙,以四氯化碳、氯仿及苯等作溶剂。铅、鎘在中性或碱性溶液中与双硫腙形成螯合物。同时,还有铜、锰(Ⅱ)、铁(Ⅱ)、钴(Ⅱ)、锡(Ⅱ)、铋(Ⅲ)等元素能与双硫腙形成螯合物。大量铁(Ⅲ)使双硫腙氧化,可用柠檬酸盐掩蔽之。我们进行了铅、鎘的萃取富集,分离干扰杂质,方波(或脉冲)极谱测定等有关条件试验,拟定出三氧化钼、金属钼中微量铅、镉的方波(或脉冲)极谱测定方法。
