2009年5月至2010年5月我院收治双硫仑样反应患者50例,本文就其临床治疗及护理进行回顾性分析,报告如下。1临床资料本组50例,男39例、女11例,年龄17～78岁,平均39岁;发病原因:39例在3天内应用头孢类抗生素后饮酒、11例在饮酒后12h内应用头孢类抗生素和咪唑衍生物药物。临床表现:
