20世纪90年代中后期,“公益风险投资”被视为捐赠革命而快速崛起,并扩展为新的组织领域。文章从文化社会学的角度,考察了公益风险投资文化的构造与演进,及其背后的推动、制约因素,解析了公益风险投资兴起与演化的主要诱因。文章认为,公益风险投资领域的创建与扩展,得益于网络业繁盛的积极推动;获益于“舆论领袖”对新模式的精巧界定、论证、倡导;新模式与既有文化的相融,借助网络而实现的制度化,也是重要推力;执行掣肘、商业部门—非营利部门的文化冲突则促成了这一领域的初始变迁。
In the mid-to-late 1990s, “public venture capital investment” was seen as the rapid rise of donation revolution and its expansion into a new field of organization. From the perspective of sociology of culture, this paper examines the structure and evolution of public venture capital investment culture and the driving forces and constraints behind it, and analyzes the main causes of the rise and evolution of public venture capital investment. The article holds that the creation and expansion of the field of public venture capital investment have benefited from the active promotion of the prosperous network industry. Benefiting from the elaborate definition, demonstration and advocacy of the new model by the “public opinion leader”, the new model and the existing culture phase The institutionalization of financial intermediation with the help of the Internet is also an important thrust. The implementation of constraints and the cultural conflicts in the commercial sector and the non-profit sector have contributed to the initial changes in this area.
