利用压电材料的逆压电效应可将其制成驱动元件 ,即当对它施加电压时 ,由于电场的作用造成压电元件变形。智能悬臂梁 ,如压电驱动器采用对称安装 ,在极性相反的控制电压作用下 ,产生纯弯曲控制力矩。通过分析智能梁横截面上的应变分布 ,推导出由压电驱动器应变产生的有效弯矩的理论计算公式 ,并给出确定有效弯矩的两种方法
The piezoelectric element can be made into a driving element by using the reverse piezoelectric effect, that is, when a voltage is applied thereto, the piezoelectric element is deformed by the action of an electric field. Smart cantilevers, such as piezo actuators, are mounted symmetrically to produce a purely bending controlled moment under the control voltage of the opposite polarity. By analyzing the strain distribution on the cross-section of the smart beam, the theoretical formula of the effective bending moment generated by the piezoelectric actuator strain is deduced and two methods to determine the effective bending moment are given
