目的观察应用提上睑肌缩短术治疗中重度先天性上睑下垂的效果。对31例(42眼)患重度先天性上睑下垂患者,应用经结膜和皮肤联合切口的方法行提上睑肌缩短术,并对术后效果进行随访观察,对可能出现的并发症提出了预防的方法。结果本组31例(42眼)随访2~18个月,除2例矫正不足之外,余均达到理想效果,上睑缘位于角膜缘下1~3mm,上睑缘弧度及双重睑形成自然对称,部分有一过性轻度的睑裂闭合不全,无暴露性角膜炎的发生。结论提上睑肌缩短术适用于重度先天性上睑下垂者,能达到既矫正畸形又改善外观的作用。
Objective To observe the application of levator muscle shortening in the treatment of moderate to severe congenital blepharoptosis. Thirty-one patients (42 eyes) with severe congenital ptosis underwent conjunctival and skin incision combined with shortening of the levator palpebrae.All patients were followed-up for the follow-up results, and the possible complications were put forward Prevention method. Results The group of 31 cases (42 eyes) were followed up for 2 to 18 months. Except 2 cases of correction, the results were satisfactory. The upper eyelid was located 1 ~ 3mm below the corneal margin, the curvature of the upper eyelid and the formation of double eyelid Symmetry, some have transient mild palpebral fissure insufficiency, no incidence of keratitis. Conclusion Levator muscle shortening for severe congenital ptosis, can achieve both the correction of deformity and improve the appearance of the role.
