本文以《体育科研方法》课程教学改革实验为例,旨在构建以“实操应用为核心,理论适用为度”的教学内容与课程教学的新体系。结果显示:实验班学生无论学习动机、课程核心能力,抑或是综合成绩均有明显的提高,与对照班相比均统计意义上的显著性差异,提高了学生综合的学习能力、实操能力和应用能力,达到一定示范和启发的作用,进而为体育教育专业其他课程教学改革提供参考和认构作用。
This paper takes the teaching reform experiment of sports science research method as an example to construct a new system of teaching content and curriculum teaching based on “practical operation as the core and theory as the degree ”. The results showed that the students in the experimental class had obvious improvement in learning motivation, core ability of the course or comprehensive grade compared with the control group, which improved the students’ comprehensive learning ability, practical ability and Application ability, to a certain demonstration and inspiration, and thus provide reference and cognitive role for teaching reform of other courses of physical education major.
