陶氏化学EMEA地区(欧洲、中东和非洲)PU部门商务总监John Penrice表示,Sadara异氰酸酯和多元醇工厂计划于2017年第3季度投产。Sadara是陶氏(Dow)和沙特阿美(Saudi Aramco)的合资公司。

John Penrice, PU’s Commercial Director for Dow EMEA (EMEA) in the EMEA region, said the Sadara Isocyanate and Polyols plant is scheduled to begin production in Q3 2017. Sadara is a joint venture between Dow and Saudi Aramco.
