多酶片是一种助消化药,主要用于胰腺疾病引起的消化障碍和因缺乏胃蛋白酶或病后消化机能减退引起的消化不良症,是临床常用药。我国多酶片的生产已有20多年的历史,生产单位遍及全国各地,由于该药安全有效,使用面广,已被载入卫生部药品标准的生化药品分册。为考察多酶片的质量,1991年我们对28批多酶片进行了全面检验,以便为进一步提高该药的质量采取必要的措施。一、样品:上海等9个生产单位提供的多酶片28批。二、检验方法:按1989年版部颁标准,生化药品分册全检。其中胃蛋白酶活力测定按1985年版药典二部;胰蛋白酶活力测定、胰淀
