龚云学,长春市宽城区兴业街道上台村党委书记兼村委会主任。几年来,在他的带领下,上台村发生了巨大变化。截至2011年底,上台村实现社会总产值18.48亿元、资产总额3.3亿元、村本级收入3100万元、村民人均收入1.5万元。上台村先后被市委、市政府授予先进村、发达村,省社会主义新农村建设先进单位称号;被吉林省精神文明建设指导委员会评为先进村;
Gong Yun Xue, Changchun City, Komeito Hing Yip Street village council secretary and village committee director. Over the past few years, under his leadership, great changes took place in the village. As of the end of 2011, the village came to Taiwan to achieve a total social output of 1.848 billion yuan, a total assets of 330 million yuan, village-level income of 31 million yuan, the villagers per capita income of 15,000 yuan. The village has been on the stage by the municipal government awarded the advanced village, developed village, provincial advanced unit construction of new socialist countryside title; by the spiritual civilization construction steering committee of Jilin Province as advanced village;
