检察机关在民事诉讼中作为特殊情形下的主体,它具有两种监督模式:全面检察监督和有限检察监督。但检察机关作为特殊民事诉讼主体,在立法规定和实践中有存在许多问题有待完善。
As the subject under special circumstances, procuratorial organs have two modes of supervision in civil litigation: full procuratorial supervision and limited procuratorial supervision. However, as the subject of special civil litigation, procuratorial organs have many problems to be perfected in the legislation and practice.
