上海-50型拖拉机采用整体式液压系统,它由柱塞式液压泵、控制阀和操纵机构等组成。现将常见故障分析如下。 1.农具不能提升 (1)刚经拆装的提升器,有时错把内外拨叉杆下端装在控制阀摆动杆滚子的后方(应在前方)。这样操纵手柄便失去对控制阀的控制,使控制阀常处在“下降”位置,导致农具不能提升。可从后侨壳体上的检查窗口处加以检查,确认装反时,将提升器盖吊起重装即可。
