患者女，60岁。黄疸、腹胀、纳差、全身乏力11个月入院。20年前曾患肝炎，经保肝治疗自觉好转。近11月来出现巩膜黄染，5月前作B超有肝脾肿大。查体慢性病容，贫血貌，面色苍黄，有色素沉着，未见蜘蛛痣，无肝掌。巩膜轻度黄染，肺（-），心室向左下扩大，心尖区Sm Ⅲ级杂音，向腋后传导，肝上界在右第4肋间，下界在肋下1cm，剑突下2cm，质中边缘锐，脾肋下7.5cm。
Female patient, 60 years old. Jaundice, abdominal distension, anorexia, generalized malaise 11 months admission. 20 years ago suffering from hepatitis, liver protection consciously improved. Scleral yellow dye appeared in the past 11 months, before May for B superhepatic hepatosplenomegaly.
