高龄女性生育力评估及辅助生育

女性生育力随年龄下降主要体现在卵巢功能降低和子宫内膜容受性下降,高龄女性应及时接受生育力评估。目前对高龄助孕年龄的界定尚存争议,多数生殖中心将其定为43~45岁。在高龄女性行辅助生殖技术时,重点是增加获卵数和改善卵子质量,无可用卵子的高龄女性可考虑赠卵,同时不要忽视随年龄增加的母婴风险。

Female fertility decreased with age is mainly reflected in reduced ovarian function and endometrial receptivity decline, elderly women should be timely assessment of fertility. At present, the definition of the age of assisted pregnancy is still controversial, most reproductive centers set it as 43 to 45 years old. In the elderly women assisted reproductive technology, the focus is to increase the number of oocytes and improve the quality of eggs without available eggs of older women may consider donating eggs, while not overlooking the risk of increasing with age.
